Visitor Experience

What type of “Experience” will you be creating for the visitors? Please explain and justify your reasoning. (2 marks) 

Overall, the experiences we intend to create for our visitors/ audience to experience are / will be interactive, sensory-driven, and community-focused, relatable, highlighting Sauzzy Sauce values + SCAs- so they are confident that we will add value to their life. Additionally, we want them to experience content that is relatable in a humorous manner, and informative- making followers feel excited to explore bold flavors + egar to interact with are brand sure that it will add value to their life.by focusing on these aspects- for our visitors to experience these things as according to Hub Spot- is going to be very beneficial as  to create the best experience for visitors you need to interact with them and create content that is “That Represents Brand Values, Funny,  Content that evokes emotions/ memories, Trendy, and Relatable Content and Shoppable Content”[i] to overall create the best experience for them.

To achieve this we will use:

  • Sensory & Crave-Worthy Content – High-quality images and videos of Sauzzy Sauce drizzled over juicy burgers, tacos, wings, and fries will stimulate cravings as people “eat with there eyes first”[ii]
  • Interactive & Engaging Posts – such as conversation starter posts, Q&A sessions, and spicy food challenges to engage consumers + inspire UGC content to make users feel involved + foster community + trust. This will be very important as
  • Engagement-driven content increases brand interaction and builds a loyal online community – “by fostering connections, providing value, and nurturing loyalty, social media communities can be powerful tools for enhancing brand awareness.”[iii]  As building “Community engagement is an essential strategy for building a loyal, invested customer base that sees itself as part of your brand’s journey and creating optimal experiences” [iv]
  • Behind-the-Scenes & Storytelling + relatable content – By showcasing behind-the-scenes, showcasing how Sauzzy sauce started through storytelling and posting relatable content – the ingredients, and how it enhances any meal will create a deeper brand connection. This is the case/ will be vital as consumers love authentic brands, and storytelling helps build trust and relatability and “With so many brands vying for consumer attention, those that demonstrate a genuine connection with their audience stand out. Authenticity helps brands showcase their unique values, stories, and mission, making them more relatable and memorable. It sparks curiosity and encourages people to stop and take notice-” [v]Overall creating an optimal experience.
